Chase Maddox Benefit Ride
The Chase Maddox Benefit Ride was held on March 10, 2018, hosted by the Courtesy Automotive Group and Falcons Fury Harley Davidson in Conyers, GA.
Chase Maddox was a Locust Grove police officer who was killed in the line of duty on February 9, 2018. The outpour from the community and surrounding states was overwhelming.
Many people had a hand in making this benefit ride a successful, fun-filled day for everyone. Attendees were able to spend time with the Maddox family, and hear them share stories about Chase. The event allowed the community to be able to bring a little joy to the family in such a tough time. Ken Maddox (Chase’s dad), Mckenzie (sister) and Alex Maddox (wife, driven by long-time family friend) lead the motorcycles during the ride, and Kelly Maddox (mom) and other family lead the jeeps.
There were 600+ participants in the ride, making it one of the largest in the state! Along with the ride, silent auction and other items sold more than $20,000 were raised for the Maddox family. As always, Courtesy Automotive Group and Falcons Fury Harley-Davidson “Backs the Blue!”
